Winter/Spring

Our winter internship program provides opportunities for students during their spring semesters, running from January through March for audit positions and January through April for tax positions.

SEE HOW FAR YOUR TALENT CAN GO

Whether you join us for our winter/spring or summer internship program, you will begin your journey with Welcome Week, an in-person national onboarding experience through which you will be introduced to the CohnReznick culture, network with our professionals and your peers, and participate in professional development workshops.

Our internship programs provide opportunities for college students to get immersed in the type of work they would likely encounter as full-time associates. Our program is fast-paced and offers interns the opportunity to collaborate on client-facing work while receiving training, coaching and guidance from our seasoned and talented professionals.

Be part of an award-winning internship program

As a certified Great Place to Work®, we are people-first organization dedicated to the success and well-being of our team members across all levels. Our continued commitment to workplace excellence has led to nationwide recognition for our best-in-class internship program.

Vault Diversity Rankings: CohnReznick ranked #26 on the Top 100 Best Internships list from Vault, and once again placed in the Top 25 Accounting Internships
Handshake Early Talent Award: A three-time winner of Handshake’s Early Talent Award, our program was one of only 257 to receive a 2024 award, out of the 900,000 companies using Handshake.
ACE (ACCOUNTING CAREER EXPLORATION)

ACE (Accounting Career Exploration) is CohnReznick’s signature early talent identification program. ACE program is available to talented freshman and sophomore college students interested in a professional services career. The day-long program consists of in-person networking with our talented team members, professional development workshops, and a CohnReznick Cares (community service) project. Professional development workshops include creating an elevator pitch, resume building, ACEing your interview, and Q&A session with our team members around their professional services careers. Through our ACE Program, college students make connections that lead to potential future internship opportunities.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • We recognize the importance of the internship candidate experience. As we look to attract talent to our firm, we put you front and center and work relentlessly to ensure you have an extraordinary experience. As you go through your internship recruitment journey, you can expect us to be transparent, responsive, and respectful. The process begins with your application, which you can begin.

  • We are continuously adapting our recruiting approach to ensure we remain competitive, relevant, and meet your expectations.

  • All candidates that interview will receive a response regardless of whether an offer is extended. You can always reach out to your campus recruiter for the most up-to-date information.

  • Our goal is to ensure you get the most out of your internship experience. For that reason, we recommend deciding which service line you’re most interested in prior to applying. This will help us place you with the team that best suits your goals and skills.

  • This will vary by individual—studying for the CPA is a rigorous, time-consuming process. However, all states require a bachelor’s degree and at least 120 credit hours to apply and sit for the exam. It’s important that you do your best with your accounting coursework while on campus. Immediately after graduating with a bachelor’s degree, or during your fifth year of a masters program, is an ideal time to start studying for the exam. If you pass the exam within 12 months of starting at CohnReznick, you can be eligible for our $10,000 CPA bonus.
